Located conveniently off Highway 441 North in Milledgeville, family and friends will be able to enjoy an inviting barn atmosphere without the long drive to the countryside. The vision and inspiration to build the barn came from Fred Savage, my loving and amazingly talented husband of almost 40 years. Certainly, one of the greatest blessings the Lord ever gave us is our family: our two daughters, our sons-in-law, and our beautiful grandchildren. We consider it our best days when we are all together and there is sweet peace and fellowship between us. It was Fred's hope and dream to build this barn and leave it as a legacy for our children and grandchildren. In the days ahead, Fred, myself, and our family will do our utmost to make Simply Southern Barn event and wedding venue an inviting, cozy, and enchanting place for you to come and have your family and friends celebrate with you your special day or event.
