Sitwell Dentist is the most amazing dental office in the Saratoga Springs area...most likely IN THE WHOLE WORLD. Dr. John O’Brian gave my husband a root canal that didn’t even hurt. Having had three other root canals, my husband could not have expected this type of experience at all!!!!! The entire time from the lady at the desk, to the dental hygienist Holly, and the dentists...UNBELIEVABLE! The first words out of my husband’s mouth after his procedure were, “Kimberly, where are you taking me for lunch”? He had the root canal several days ago and there was not any complaining at all...HE IS SOOOOO HAPPY ABOUT HAVING A NEW DENTIST!!!!!! And, so am I.
You no longer have to fear going to the dentist. This team truly makes this an experience much like going to the beach. It is insane to us that this level of excellence even exists. We are thrilled and so thankful for Dr. John O’Brian and staff. We were in shock that they are even in network for our insurance. On May 18th Sitwell Dental plans to re-open while prioritizing patients with urgent dental needs. If you have pain, infection, or any other issues that you feel are urgent please call us at (518) 240-1404 to schedule an appointment.
At Sitwell Dental we have always prioritized infection control and we will continue taking steps to ensure our office is the safest place for you to receive dental care. Upon your return to our office, you may notice that there are some updates to our facility as well as increased personal protection for our staff. We will also be screening our patients verbally when scheduling an appointment and when they arrive at our office. Patients who have any symptoms will need to postpone treatment.
If our regional situation regarding COVID-19 changes or if there are further government mandates we may decide to or be required to push back our re-open date as the safety of our patients, staff and community will always be our top priority.
