Flatter rubber roof with a deck mounted electric skylight designed for a minimum pitch of 14 degrees installed totally incorrect. Roof pitch on this project was 8 degrees. We built in the opening, installed a solar curb mounted unit designed for a flat roof application down to 0 degrees. Finished product was outstanding and client claims 30% on a federal tax credit for solar property off the cost of the ENTIRE project! $$$
