We were founded by Nikki Dillon a bookkeeper with over 19 years of experience in bookkeeping and office administrating. Ms. Dillon has worked in the construction and manufacturing industries as a bookkeeper for almost 19 years. She has over 11 years of experience with collections and small claims. Ms. Dillon brings this experience to each and every one of our client accounts.
Small Business Bookkeepers offers remote and on-site services. The work can be completed as needed; weekly, monthly, quarterly, or even just once a year.

During this initial interview you can expect a thorough examination of your current financial situation and a complete records assessment, including a review of your current Quick Books file (if you have this set-up), we will ask questions to identify your current challenges so we can offer solutions to help you get where you want to be.
At the end of the year we create a back up file to send directly to your tax accountant. The tax accountant then gives us the adjusting entries for the year-end and we update your files.
