Multitasking is a very good skill to have, but there does come a time when it becomes too much. Especially now of days where a lot of people are not only working from home they are their children's teachers as well. So remember take a time out from working, teaching, studying, etc... and relax and refocus.
My favorite thing is to enjoy a cup of coffee and listen to music.
