Kristen has been part of the Smile Dailey team for 13 years. She received her Dental Assisting Certification from Eastern College of Health Related Professions in 2007. She is originally from Dallas, TX but has resided in Arkansas since 2006. She has two children, Devin (9) and Kynsley (8). She enjoys working with Dr. Dailey and providing exceptional care for our patients. Kristen can also appreciate the value of cosmetic dentistry, as Dr. Dailey made beautiful changes to her smile in 2012. In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her kids, traveling, exercising, being outdoors and attending church.

Carrie Moore, RDH- Office Manager
If you've been in our office at all, you've met her (she's been working with Dr. Dailey for a total of 17 years!!) and to know her is to love her.
Carrie graduated from UAMS with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2005. She has had a strong interest and appreciation for the dental industry since an early age. Carrie can relate to the impact that cosmetic dentistry has on a patient’s life, as Dr. Dailey made cosmetic changes for her in 2003. She values the high level of care we are able to provide for our patients and strives to make them feel like family.
Carrie lives in Benton with her husband. They have the house to themselves as their youngest daughter, Nichole, is in college and their oldest daughter, Christina, is married. Carrie enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, Aubrey and grandson, Liam, as well as friends in her free time. She also enjoys traveling and spending time in the sun!

Alyssa graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. Lauren Smith, Registered Dental Hygienist
Lauren is from Rogers, AR and graduated from the UofA in 2015 with a B.E. in Kinesiology. After undergrad, she move to Little Rock to attend Hygiene school at UAMS. Lauren has been on Team Dailey for a total of 1.5 years. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and is passionate about oral health and education for everyone who sits in her chair.
