Just got the 1st dose of COVID-19, Pfizer Vaccine!
🔸We just delivered two upper front crowns, one on each side of the upper central front teeth.✨
🔸Two upper central crowns were delivered last year.
🔸Patient wanted to match the color of her new crowns to her natural dentition, slightly lighter ans she opted for more square crowns and less anatomy in the porcelain. She likes that look and she is taking into consideration that her treatment will be spread over time and wants to match her natural dentition. Patient is very happy with her new teeth.
🔸We will be doing a complete makeover at the patient’s pace. In the mean time it is very important to wear a night guard to protect new crowns and patient’s existing dentition.
🔸Look at the gum line, gum looks great already considering we just delivered crowns.💜

🔸Young, healthy patient presented to our office with a broken tooth. The tooth was beyond salvageable, we extracted the tooth and did bone grafting.
🔸After completition of deep cleaning, several fillings were replaced to achieve healthy environment before starting the Invisalign treatment.
🔸Pt has been about 5 months in Invisalign treatment. Pay attention to the significantly improved position of the upper left canine.
🔸As soon as the lower teeth achieve better alignment, in few months, we will place couple implants at the lower right and one implant on the lower left side.

🔸We decided to fabricate a new upper complete denture.
🔸We restored patient’s vertical dimension of occlusion which enabled us to set larger front teeth to achieve a younger, more appealing look; we matched the teeth color to the teeth color of the existing lower complete denture.
🔸When we delivered the new upper complete denture patient was beyond grateful and happy.
