Smile Design Manhattan: It's all about the people. See one, do one, teach one. Any medical doctor you know has said this phrase a million times. It comes from our residencies where, though still in training, doctors move from learning in a classroom, to applying the things learned to help patients. SODOTO implies that a fundemental pillar of healthcare is knowledge sharing, research, question and answer, repitition, and finally teaching other doctors for the goodwill of the profession. Smile Design Manhattan is not the type of office where we just hire young doctors to work with a revolving door until they get their own practice. You have to be as star. The lithmus test for, if a doctor is a star is simple. Would all the people that work in the office let that doctor work on them! Dr. Nancy did over 50 hours of CE in Implant Dentistry this year. And when one of our staff members, Rosana needed an implant last month, guess who she picked to do the implant. Rosana can't stop singng Nancy's praises after there was absolutely no pain or swelling after her dental implant surgery. Whether Botox, Implants, Invisalign, Veneers, or other complex dental procedures, Dr. Nancy has armed herself with the hours of repitition, even addidng availability to patients on Sundays, to be excellent, by any national standard, immediately. She can actually teach most dentists, even ones years her senior, "a thing or two". We all remeber the morning of a big exam in school, when all the students showed up to take the test. Some looked exhausted and disheveled after an all nighter, some were overly confident, some were petrified, and some just showed up calm, rested and ready to handle business. That last person generally got the highest mark. That is Dr. Nancy. We also remember some professors as being loud and arrogant, and some being more compassionate, approachable, and vast with knowledge. The latter is also Dr. Nancy. As Smile Design Manhattan contiues to add depth in terms of Medical and Dental personel we are only willing to add "stars". Dr. Nancy is a star. We are also only willing to add nice people! Why? Because (drum roll) It's all about the people!!!
