AT LAST!
We have been cleared to begin seeing patients again beginning on Monday, May 11th. We are excited to return and cannot wait to see all of you!
With that being said, we do ask for your continued grace and patience. We have made several changes to adhere to new guidelines that have been provided. It will be an adjustment for all involved and we will continue doing the best we can!
A few things that will be different at your next visit. They are as follows:
Your temperature will be taken at the door when you arrive, if you have a temperature of 100º or higher, we will ask you to reschedule for two weeks out.
Our office lobby will be closed. What does this mean? Family members, friends, and others who come with the patient to an appointment will be asked to remain outside in their vehicle.
There will be a check-in point available at the door when you arrive for your appointment. Further instructions will be given there.
For parents: one of the clinical assistants will walk your child out after the appointment and provide you with any necessary updates.
We ask that you call to schedule your next appointment so that we may avoid a crowd of people around the reception area.
All staff will be wearing masks. Plexiglass has also been installed around the reception area.
These measures have been set in place to help protect all parties involved. We will continue to see patients at our West Des Moines office for now. Please understand that not everyone can be first to get rescheduled. This has been a difficult and unprecedented time for us all. We are eager to reopen and see all your beautiful smiles 🙂
