CURRENT COVID-19 CLINIC HOURS:
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in Beaver County, we are adjusting our hours slightly. We are still OPEN for ALL Chiropractic and rehabilitation treatments, currently accepting NEW patients, and performing DOT physicals. It is in the best interest to our patients to limit our hours of operation in the main clinic.
Until further notice, our new clinic hours are as follows:
Monday: 9AM-6PM
Tuesday: 1PM-6PM
Wednesday: 9AM-6PM
Thursday: 9AM-2PM
If you need to be seen outside these of clinic hours, we will still treat people BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on case by case basis. If you have an appointment scheduled currently and it falls outside those times, we will still honor that appointment time.
This is a temporary measure until everything returns back to normal. Thank you for your understanding and patience during these trying times for all.

CDL update:
The FMCSA has granted some leniency in the expiration date in your medical card and allowing an extension until June 30th.
However we do recommend still getting your physical done with time to spare because this is a unique and fluid situation. Don’t get caught in a rush at the last minute to have your paperwork submitted and possibly not get it through in time.
We are committed to offering a safe and clean environment to all of our patients and clients because of this we are asking that you please call ahead before coming to the office and if you are experiencing any symptoms at all please reschedule your appointment to a later date.

We are currently open and operating under normal business hours. We will continue to uphold and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and disinfectant safety throughout our office. In accordance with safe, social distancing protocols, we are maintaining a sufficient gap of time in between patients. Therefore, overlapping/interaction amongst patients throughout office is minimal.
CDL Physical Clients- no updates to our knowledge have been given from the state or federal government in regards to suspension/extension of the dates of your expiration on your medical card. If your card is due to expire please make every effort to get that taken care of even during this crazy time. We WILL fit you in! COVID-19 may not stop you from driving, but an expired medical card will.

YES, we are still open!! We have had several calls regarding operation and/or hours of operation during this crisis. As healthcare providers, we will remain OPEN and operate under NORMAL business hours.
Here at Smith Chiropractic & Wellness YOUR health always has been and always will be our number ONE priority. We are limiting the number of patients to be treated in our office at the same time, as well as urging all patients to utilize our hand sanitizing stations located throughout the facility. Our adjustment instruments as well as therapeutic tables are being double disinfected with each use. All practitioners as well as staff are to properly disinfect their hands before and after each patient as well.
We do ask, that if any of our patients are exhibiting ANY symptoms of COVID-19 that you follow the CDC direct orders to stay home and follow up with your Primary Care Physician.

The Marine Toys for Tots Program has over 800 local campaigns across the country, and we are very aware that there’s been a tremendous uptick in requests for toys and support this year. With most people shopping online rather than at brick and mortar stores, community members are not seeing our iconic white collection boxes and local donations are sparse…
Rest assured that the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation recognizes and understands this, and like all good Marines, we will improvise, adapt, and overcome -- and are on the ready to supplement local campaigns with toys, books, and games so that the less fortunate children of this great Nation will awaken to a gift under the tree this Christmas.
Families that are in need for toys this Christmas will not be turned away because the need is greater than the supply.
THANK YOU to all of our patients, friends and family whom donated to Marine Toys for Tots Foundation again this year! As the toys have been picked up, it’s time for us to choose our winner of ONE YEAR OF FREE CHIROPRACTIC CARE!
