Dr David Smith is an experienced, very busy, "Top Rated" Cosmetic Plastic Surgeon. AAAASF is the "Gold Standard" of accreditation recognized by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Minnesota has only five of these special plastic surgery centers.
