As things continue to evolve, we will continue to update everyone on our operations.
First, several counties in Tennessee have implemented fourteen (14) day stay at home programs. There is a press article noting that a number of physicians are petitioning the governor to implement a similar restriction for the entire state, possibly starting as early as this evening.

In addition, while it is doing well to realize 50-100,000 cycles out of many traditional doors, a high speed door is engineered for up to 1,000,000 cycles.

🤔 Trying to figure out how to measure your garage door?
📐 1 – Garage Door DimensionsMeasure existing Door width and height in feet and inches. This determines the size of door needed. The finished opening should be the same size as the door.
📐 2 – Measure for sideroom: 5 1/4″ is required on each side for installation of the vertical track.
📐 3 – Measure area labeled ‘Headroom – distance between the top of the door opening (“jamb header”) and the ceiling (or floor joist). 12″ is required for standard torsion spring or Torquemaster tm counter balance system. If you have restricted headroom, special hardware is available. We specialize in the conversion of one piece doors to sectional doors and can fit a door and operator in as little as 5″.
(📌: If door height extends above the opening, the headroom measurement should be adjusted proportionately.)
📐 4 – Measure area labeled “backroom” – distance is measured from the garage door opening toward the back wall of the garage. Door height plus 18″ is required. When installing a garage door opener, the door height plus 3 1/2′ is the typical necessary backroom.
