The crew at SMJ Construction have been completing design and build projects for Cedar City area residents and businesses since 1997. Our owner/operator is a Cedar City native who has devoted his entire career to working in the construction industry. We are fully insured, ADA compliant and our work carries multi-year warranties.
Our scope of services includes:
• Custom Home Building – design and build. SMJ will create the design and draw up floor plans, or work from existing plans to build your new home.
• Commercial Construction – including apartments and student housing for the growing Cedar City college population.
• Remodels – we'll tackle the remodel of your kitchen or bathroom, or improve the look of your whole house.
