1. Bent Over Rows - 12-15 reps
2. Bicep Curl & Press - 12-15 reps
3. Push-Ups - 15 reps
4. Bent Over Fly’s - 12-15 reps
5. Plank Tricep Kickbacks- 10 reps each arm
Repeat 2 more times!!
12-minute Thanksgiving Tummy Tuck workout w/ Cody!!
-Do all 6 movements for 1 minute each and then repeat.
1. ‘X’ Mountain Climbers
2. Squat Thrusts
3. Plank March (reverse directions halfway)
4. Windshield Wipers
5. Crab Kicks
6. Oblique Crunches
Repeat!!
