WE FINALLY WERE ABLE TO GET BEEF. WE NOW HAVE THE EIGHT OUNCE SIRLOINS AS WELL AS THE EIGHT AND TWELVE OUNCE RIBEYES. ALSO THE DINNING ROOM IS PARTIALLY OPEN WHICH MEANS IT HELPS US WHEN GUEST CALL AHEAD AS WE CAN ONLY TAKE SO MANY GUEST AT ONE TIME. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE IN THE FUTURE.

Our famous shrimp salad. Perfect dinner tonight. One of my favorites.
I went to the auto parts store Saturday morning and when I teturned to my truck I opened the back door of the truck to put the parts I had purchased. Unknowingly to me there was a box of 500 gift certificates I had picked up the day before. Upon opening the door the box and certificates fell out and hit the ground.It would not have been that bad except the wind was blowing and all the certificates were every where. I WAS BLESSED THAT THIS MOTHER AND TWO DAUGHTERS CHASED ALL OF THEM AND BROUGHT THEM BACK TO ME.I can not thank Heather and her two daughters Kendra and Hailey enough for rescuing me.I was a total stranger and they all helped me with my dilemma.
This little girl had a sweet tooth so we brought her vanilla ice cream and she added her own chocolate with plenty whip cream. She definitely knows how to dress up her ice cream
Another one of our famous Super Chef will satisfy this guest huger and Beverly will probably get two or three meals out of it. Snappys is known for our variety and quality salads.
