3) Keep your cuticles pushed back, but do not excessively cut or pick at them. Itโs easiest if you push them back with a reusable cuticle stick after a nice long shower because the steam will naturally soften them, making them easier to push back ๐ฟ
4) Up your vitamins ๐ Cracked cuticles may be a sign of Zinc or Vitamin E deficiency. Reverse this problem by eating more foods rich in essential omega 3โs like spinach, salmon, and other seafood.
5) Use good quality hand moisturizers and cuticle oil regularly!!
