SnowCrest's response to COVID-19
SnowCrest will continue to be open during the COVID-19 epidemic. As an essential business that provides emergency 911 service, we will be available to take new orders, conduct repairs, and help with billing questions over the phone. In order to reduce the chance of transmission, SnowCrest's office at 905 Ream Avenue in Mount Shasta will have its front door closed during business hours. SnowCrest Legacy DSL is has been experiencing an outage since roughly 6:30am this morning. SnowCrest has been in contact with our partners working to resolve this issue. ATT has had equipment failure in the Santa Cruz area that is affecting Legacy Service. ATT expects to have service restored by 5pm tomorrow March 22nd. If you are on the SnowCrest ADSL2 Plus network, you are not effected by this outage.
The SnowCrest online Billing portal is down for Maintenance. The portal should be available tomorrow Morning.
*New* Phishing Emails
We have received reports that many customers are getting emails claiming to be from SnowCrest. These emails ask for your login information. These emails are fake. Please ignore these emails and delete them without clicking on any links or contacting the senders. SnowCrest will never send you an email asking for your login information. If you have already given your login information to these senders, please contact us at 926-6888 to change your password.
*New* Delta Fire
We are currently experiencing a partial outage of one of our backbone links, possibly related to the Delta Fire. Currently, all services are operating normally, but our service could be affected further by the fire. Information about the fire is available at www.krcrtv.com
