Happy birthday to Freddy Lonzo, who was a part of this band at the 2020 Danny Barker Birthday Bash concert! The group also featured Dr. Michael White, Gregg Stafford, Marie Watanabe, Detroit Brooks, Topsy Chapman, Kerry Lewis, Herman LeBeaux, and Yoshie Nakamura.
We recorded this special set of all-star musicians on January 16 in front of a sold-out audience at Snug Harbor Jazz Bistro. It was one of the highlights of this year's The Danny Barker Banjo & Guitar Festival.
