🐾Before all appointments, we are asking that you go to our website www.soldotnaanimalhospital.com and fill out the “Online Patient Information Form” under the “Client Forms” tab on top of the page
🐾Clients will remain in the exam room while a technician checks them out and they can then exit the building
🐾We will be thoroughly disinfecting all surfaces and door handles between every appointment
🐾If you would prefer to wear a mask during your visit, please feel free. If you would like us to wear a mask, please kindly ask us to do so
