Growing firm in North Broward seeks a controller/administrator to run very busy insurance defense firm.
Presently the firm has 75 people.
The ideal controller will have 5-10 years of experience working in a law firm.
Must be familiar with a high volume billable hour practice structure.
The candidate must be a hands on individual who is proactive in billing and collections.
The candidate must be able to run monthly financial reports.
In addition, someone who is a pro-active thinker is a must.
This person will also be in charge of developing policies and procedures for smooth financial reporting including receivables/payable, and collections.
Must be able to do all of the financial reporting for the firm.

Personal Injury firm in West Palm Beach is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support a managing partner. The ideal Paralegal/Legal Assistant will have at least 5 years’ experience working in litigation and pre-suit in a personal injury law firm.

Requirements:
Paralegal/Legal Assistant must be able to work in a fast-paced busy environment
The Paralegal/Legal Assistant must have Litigation experience
Independent and capable self-starter
Strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities
General knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedures
Paralegal/Legal Assistant candidate must have excellent verbal, written and phone skills
