Ron Payne of Bellevue, 20 year Air Force Veteran served as a medic and worked at the VA Hospital in Bellevue for several years.
He has fallen on some hard times in the last few years and does not have a support system except for his church.
Ron is a member of Calvary Christian Church in Bellevue.
