Clean Hands 🤚 Saves Lives. Follow Five Steps to Wash Your Hands the Right Way 🧼 💧
Follow these steps every time!!!
1. Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.
2. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
3. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice.
4. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
5. Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.

We are here for you for Dental Emergencies! What are Dental Emergencies During this time? The ADA recognizes that members of the public have questions about whether they should continue to visit their dentist during the COVID-19 pandemic. Because the ADA is currently recommending dentists close their offices to all but emergency care, we have provided guidelines to help patients determine when to consult with their dentist as to whether care should be rescheduled.
Examples of some dental emergencies?
• Bleeding in the mouth that doesn’t stop
• Painful swelling in or around your mouth
• Pain in a tooth, teeth or jaw bone
• Gum infection with pain/swelling
• After surgery treatment (dressing change, stitch removal)
• Broken or knocked out tooth causing pain
• Denture adjustment for people
receiving radiation or other treatment for cancer
