Should you wear blue light glasses?
My thoughts are... Skip the blue light glasses and just limit your screen time when possible! Eye fatigue, headaches sleep problems may be caused by digital eye strain from long hours working on a computer, instead of blue light exposure. The blue light emitted from your phone, computer and tablet may not be be enough to cause long-term damage to your eyes. Further study needs to be done!
Rather than buying blue light glasses, just try to limit your screen time and work in a well-lit space.

Eye drops may seem great, but they have their pros and cons.
On one hand, they're helpful for relieving dry eye, treating allergies and eye diseases, and they're convenient. On the other hand, they don't provide lasting dry eye relief and eye drops can cause allergic reactions in some people.

Trying to hide those tired eyes? Here are a few tips to brighten and wake up your eyes in the morning:
1. Sleep with a humidifier on so the air is moist when you wake up - preventing dry eye
2. Make sure you're getting 7 to 8 hours of good sleep so your eyes are well rested
3. Use an eye cream with retinol and vitamin K to keep away dark circles and fine lines.
Changing weather can have your eyes feeling itchy, red and dry. To survive allergens, remove your contact lenses if you wear them and use eye drops to keep your eyes moist. Talk to your eye doctor about using antihistamines or anti-inflamatory drugs for your seasonal allergies as well.
