I am a professional psychic, licensed psychotherapist, spiritual teacher, believer in the healing forces of nature, an alchemist, adventurer, witty writer, and a hopeless fan of House Hunters International. I use my gift of reading souls to help entrepreneurs and professionals break through the invisible barriers that are keeping them stuck, unhappy, and unfulfilled. On a lighter side, I use my travel and everyday life experiences to share the wisdom and soul lessons behind the shit that happens while encouraging people to follow their spirit to live a life of joy and abundance. I believe that life is way too short to be stuck in fear, dissatisfaction, and everyone else’s “should’s”!
By living according to who I am at soul-level, and having the courage to release the baggage that no longer serves me, I have created amazing personal results that have led to better physical health, greater wealth, and the peace and intimacy I wanted in a romantic relationship. I use a combo of the Akashic Records, mindset work, and EFT (Tapping) to help people work through their personal blocks by giving clarity as to their divine purpose and gifts, as well as uncovering both present AND past-life issues that are keeping them stuck in a cycle of self-sabotage.

How did a "proper" psychotherapist get into reading souls?
It all started as a quest to heal my body.
I was physically sick, courtesy of the standard American diet and relying on pills for pretty much everything from acne to birth control to every time I got the cooties. So my journey really started with the desire to ditch the meds, and reverse symptoms of illness in my body. With the birth of the Internet, I was able to connect with functional medicine experts, properly research the information I needed to fully understand what was going on, and become empowered to do something about it. I learned the tools that would help get my physical body on board, because come to find out, your primitive brain will sabotage the shit out you. Who knew? Little did I realize that physical healing would lead me down a path to an emotional and spiritual overhaul.
I took charge of my own healing, changing my diet and lifestyle drastically. I took charge of my own happiness, and started to own and rewrite the stories I created about myself, my emotions, and my choices. It was no longer acceptable to me to feel unfulfilled in my work, and live according to the expectations of others. Through divine inter-workings, I met the coaches and teachers I needed to help me step into my gifts while making NEW choices that were in alignment with my soul's nature. Learning who I was at soul level was a complete GAME-CHANGER. I took the time to declutter and ditch both present and past life patterns that were no longer serving me. I worked (and continue to work - it's an ongoing journey) on self-forgiveness. I then closed my traditional therapy practice and opened an intuitive coaching and consulting business so I could help my clients experience (and in a much quicker fashion) the amazing transformation that results from this kind of work.
This didn't happen for me overnight. And I had to TAKE ACTION.
Scary? Yes! Worth it? Hell ya!
I am now more confident in my skills and abilities than ever, and have found joy in both my business and personal life.
