Fixed hybrid case. IMO has enough clearance and could have been made better. It looks beautiful on the outside but it is not hygienic at all... slight periimplantitis treated with gingivectomy and debridement. The contours of the prosthesis need remodeling. Lower implants were planned for overdenture. Performed FGG at time of stage 2 concurrent with GV on the upper.

Turn your phone sideways for this one. ☝🏼The patient had extra space but not evenly distributed 👄. She complaint about the space and an additional incisor tooth on the lower was added after moving teeth. Limited orthodontia performed and eventually a removable appliance was delivered. A free gingival graft was performed to help stabilize the soft tissues reducing the risk of further recession, bone loss and tooth loss. Happy patient.

This patient couldn’t wear denture for years. Loss of jaw bone and low salivary flow were some of the problems that contributed to poor fitting dentures. We managed to place 2 implants in addition to growing beautiful gums. The denture is now stable and our patient is very happy!

In the upper sextants autogenous subepithelial connective tissue grafting were performed at the premolar/canine region to achieve Root coverage in addition to a thicker phenotype.
