If you are on Highway 50 traveling west, turn right onto Club Manor Drive and then a left onto Fortino Blvd. We are sorry for the inconvenience of this ongoing construction but we will continue to our day to day operations Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm!

Attention all patients, there is ongoing construction on Fortino Blvd which will require an alternate route to get to the office. If you are traveling on Highway 50 going east, take a left on Ridge Drive from there you will take a right on Pioneer Road, then another right on Outlook Blvd and finally a right on Fortino Blvd.
Important notice: due to the weather we will be closed today. If you have an eye emergency please call the office at 719-542-3555.
