"Good morning, I just wanted to let you know how amazing one of your tow drivers were yesterday! The communication and prompt service was excellent! First time ever having a flat tire and I was extremely stressed having my young daughter with me and being on the side of route 1, she put my anxiety at ease right away! Being in the position I was in I never realized how dangerous being a tow driver is. No one moved over into the other lane for her to give her working space but that didn’t phase her and she kept working quickly and respectfully of my vehicle and had my car packed right up! I just wanted her to know how thankful I was! Also the fact that my Geico roadside assistance app gave her very little to work with for location she was able to locate it and come to my aid before the estimated ETA geico had given me! Thanks again! You will be highly recommended for a tow service!"
