Update
Karli and her mom are safe and healthy and Dad is here until she is discharged thankfully. They are overwhelmed with the outpouring of love and support. Thank you all for everything including donations, supplies,and clothing and even the most heartfelt offers to babysit or help out in any possible way. We have a big need today in that they need to find lodging for the next month to rent. They are in need of FURNISHED 2-3 bedroom to rent in a safe area with fenced backyard and at least one bedroom downstairs due to his elderly mom and aunt staying with mom and baby. Please dm us or Kay Kay Brantley Rosamond for dad’s cell. He really needs to have something settled before he leaves Wednesday.
Patient presented today displaced from Hurricane Laura. She is scheduled for delivery Monday; her husband is the fire chief and is not able to be with her. She is in need of a pack and play, baby boppy pillow and any newborn cloths. Items can be dropped off at our clinic. She is having a baby GIRL

Our providers are now able to selectively expand our services to include more in-person clinic visits. We are doing so cautiously, accommodating the current social distancing recommendations. Telehealth appointments are still available for those with less urgent needs or for those at higher risk for COVID infection.
We continue to ask each patient to call from your car upon arrival to check-in to your appointment.
Please call the clinic or inform us at your check-in if you have experienced fever and/or other symptoms concerning for COVID-19.
No visitors are to accompany patients to their visits, with the exception of one caregiver for those needing an assistance and of one support person for obstetric patients scheduled for an ultrasound.

We plan to open starting at 10am tomorrow. If your appointment was scheduled between 8 and 10 tomorrow and you feel you can safely travel to our clinic, we ask you to arrive at 10.
If you are unable to safely travel, we will happily reschedule your appointment - expect a phone call from us.
We encourage well woman exams/annuals to reschedule. Our mammogram tech will not be able to make it in to clinic tomorrow. Our plan is for only those OB patients/pre-op visits/emergent GYN problems to be seen tomorrow.
Your safety is our utmost concern. Be safe and be well.

Based on the current state of the roads and concern for more ice/snow, we have decided to close our office tomorrow. We will still be available for emergencies and our answering service will direct those to the appropriate place.

We are delaying opening our clinic until 9am on Monday February 15th to give time for an assessment of the roads for the safety of our patients and staff. If your appointment was scheduled between 8 and 9, and you feel that you emergently need to be seen, please plan to arrive at 9. If not, our staff will call to reschedule you at another time. We will make the final decision on opening for the day after 8am. Any emergencies will still be seen - please call the office if you have an emergency. Thank you.

We feel that we can safely open today starting at 12. If you are an OB patient that has an appointment scheduled for today, and you can safely travel to the office, please arrive at 12. Afternoon appointments will be seen as scheduled for those with urgent OB or GYN issues.
Again, our office will call you to reschedule if your appointment was cancelled earlier this week. We have a large volume of patients to work through so please be patient - we will call you.
