good evening everyone! & happy September! Its that time of the year, As fall/winter approaches you may want to consider some of these maintenance services, YES I know what you all are thinking " its Louisiana it wont get that cold" maybe you are right, but as we know Louisiana is unpredictive with weather but just because it may not be freezing or cold doesn't mean you should avoid getting some maintenance!
1.Replace your filters. if you make it habit to change every 3 months youll have better air flow & quality.
2. Have you ducts & vents checked.
Anything that blocks your air vent can be the reason heat doesn’t travel through the room. you may also have cracks that cause air to leak.
3. LASTLY get an inspection. that involves checking filters, inspecting electrical switches, belts, contacts, motors, safety switches, gas pressure, and refrigerant levels. and if needed have repaired, if advised replaced.
