Corona Virus is causing changes in how the world works because it is a serious concern for everyone. We are doing out best to make sure we are all healthy here. Part of that is clean indoor air. In our homes we use good filters and ultraviolet air purifiers. The uv systems sterilize the air by killing the organisms floating around in it and the filter collects it to keep it from floating around anymore.
Will it keep us from getting sick? Unfortunately it is not guaranteed, but it does give us the best chance in our minds to stay healthy in our homes. Much like washing hands and eating healthy. These are common sense tools to try to help a person stay as healthy as possible which is all we can really do.

We had an intern last week from one of our area tech schools. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Our industry needs more technicians and the schools look like they are making some well rounded ones.
Talked to a customer today on a $10 a month plan with another company to look after her furnace. Great plan! Maybe not so much...Every visit it ends up being a suggested $1000-$3500 to replace parts to ensure the operation of her furnace... parts that are currently working just fine. Maintenance is very important to promote the life of your furnace, but you don't need to replace every part in it every year. Be sure to get the value of the service you are paying for, not just a cheap service call.
Replaced a water heater yesterday for a customer, found the date on the unit saying it was installed over 40 years ago. That's some good water quality.
