The reports in the news of a high incident of adverse reactions to these collars are based on incident reports which don't always give a full picture of reactions to products. 2. The reported incidence of adverse reactions to these collars is only 1% of patients who use them, which is considered to be an acceptable level of adverse reactions. 3. If you notice that your pet is having any type of issue with the Seresto collar, please let us know and also report the issue to Elanco Animal Health at 800-422-9874. Finally, if you have any questions about this please give us a call because we are always happy to help.
