Due to the higher numbers of COVID-19 cases in the area, we will be postponing our walk-in services until further notice. The only transactions we will allow as walk-in's are for singular Registration Renewals, Notaries, Vehicle Permits and Disability Placards. Other than those exceptions, we will continue to be open by appointment only. If you do walk in please understand that we will have to fit you in between appointments. Sorry for any inconvenience, please bare with us during these tough times.

Wil inspected a couple of beauties this morning over at Tucson Classic Motor Co. This is a 1972 Ford Bronco with ORIGINAL PAINT believe it or not! Also a 1958 Husqvarna 281 with original paint as well and it runs beautifully! It's always an awesome time going to Tucson Classic Motor Co. Hi Folks. I just want to say Thank You to the kind people who understand that we are trying very very hard to accommodate everyone who needs Motor Vehicle Division assistance. Due to the State restrictions, we have become inundated with peoples needs. We were restricted to appointments for quite some time and then went to first come first served on October 5th when it became an option. We never closed throughout this unprecedented time. We were boots on the ground trying to facilitate the publics transactions to the best of our abilities. We don't only serve the public. We have hundreds of Dealer Transactions going on in the background as well. Some of us clocked in at 65 hours last week. Our calls have gone from 100 to 500 a day. Our wait time use to be 20 minutes tops and have now hit 3 hours last week. I hate that! We want to help you as quickly as we can! Today the Driver License System went down. Can we help that? No. We handed out return slips to folks for first serve when the system goes up, but we were yelled at, cussed at, and given bad reviews. How is the fair? My staff works so hard for you. They are kind, good hearted and respectful to those who act in kind. We are human beings just like you. Please, please know that we are doing everything we can within the means of The States new operating system. When we have people constantly in front of us, we can't always get to the phone. I promise you Tucson, things will get better! We will never give up on you so please don't give up on us.
