Now that we are are entering “Flu Season” & already battling COVID we will be using this time to deep clean our lounge even more than we already do. My, oh my, what 2 years it has been. September 5th is around the corner & we still love our big signs!! We have not just survived 2 years but we are surviving COVID-19. We have added Grilled Sammiches. We have added beer 🍻. We are even adding new updates to the lounge such as the newly added VR & soon to be new Partners in the very near future. (Stay tuned for those exciting introductions). We are excited for our future. Again thank you for all of the support from the community. It could have never happened with out you. Our CEO has said it from the beginning, “we will get through this together”. & this IS A REALLY BIG SIGN!!!

To most of the world, this is not that big of a deal; but to us, we’ve been looking at this design on paper for over a year and a half. Many times, we thought this day would never come. Today we are proud to announce the new Partner & Head of Operations, HR, & Logistics, Kaylea Mattox. Ms. Mattox started with Spec Ops Gaming 2 years ago when she was one of the originally hired part timers. Ms. Mattox went from being a part time employee to ALM, to LM, to now a very well deserved Partner & Head. Ms. Mattox brings with her over 13 years of Corporate Training from Chic-Fil-A & Universal Studios. Ms. Mattox proudly evolved the Cereal Bar & it’s menus from shakes to bowls, to the new Sammiches we enjoy today. If you have any questions for Ms. Mattox please don’t hesitate to ask. We will be starting with the Founder & CEO Jesse Steelman. Mr. Steelman started Spec Ops with a goal in mind that turned into a Mission of creating a community in Arkansas centered around eSports. Creating a safe place for all gamers of all races & all sexes. Mr. Steelman served 8 years in the Arkansas National Guard as an 11B (Infantry). Mr. Steelman’s goal is to expand Spec Ops Gaming Lounge across not only the state of Arkansas but across the United States. You may see Mr. Steelman at our Little Rock location & in our future locations at any given time. Please do not be afraid to say hello. Mr. Steelman is dedicated to making sure your experience at Spec Ops is the best. If you have questions for Mr. Steelman please do not hesitate to ask.
We would like to thank everyone for wearing their mask when coming to visit our lounge. Just as a reminder, when your at a gaming station feel free to take your mask off but, please wear it when navigating through our lounge.
