Joseph Fortin, DO, is an interventional pain management specialist and Medical Director at Spine Technology and Rehabilitation in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Dr. Fortin completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. After attending medical school at Michigan State University in East Lansing, he pursued specialty training and a four-year residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Later, he completed advanced subspecialty fellowship training in interventional spine and imaging at Diagnostic Conservative Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana.
