Our projects can take us into some tight spaces but we always want to ensure our team is safe. We used an air purifier from Air Intellipure and wore masks while doing crucial updates inside this server room. This is a high performing system that runs Savant, Lutron and Sony. We initially installed the system 11 years ago and it was in need of some maintenance to ensure the technology continues to work smoothly.
This spectacular home office is both eye catching and functional. Our client wanted a space that would help him be focused, while enjoying his surroundings. We achieved this by utilizing light and audio. The motorized Lutron Electronics window treatments make it easy to open for energizing midday sun and close for privacy at night. Ketra lighting was installed to deliver beautiful, high-quality light that can be changed to fit the time or mood. The Bowers & Wilkins 705 S2 bookshelf speakers blend perfectly with the sleek design while immersing the room with studio-quality sound. The best part it's all control by Savant Home, an easy to use control system.

"Made for You" is our first principle at Spire because each of our projects are unique to our client's preferences and it's always thrilling to see them come together. For this theater room, we installed a custom automated DT Art Mask screen and acoustically transparent white screen fabric. The Art Mask covers the screen for a cool room design element and also protects the screen behind. The homeowner can easily use their Savant controls to transition between the screens. We just love when design and technology come together!
Sometimes it's the smallest details that make a room standout. For this kitchen, the client wanted both function and beauty. We installed custom matching wall plates for the plugs that seamlessly blend with the sleek design of the kitchen. Every detail is important to us at Spire because we know it's important to you.
We take documentation very seriously at Spire. Each and every project gets a set of drawings for our team to work off of. This not only helps our internal organization, but assists the other trades, and makes for ease of supporting the job down the road.

Our client wanted all of the comfort of a home cinema but also needed a room to accommodate many guests staying at the house. We helped create a multi-purpose theater room that could transform into an extra guest bedroom by using a series of motorized lifts and panels to discreetly hide the electronics. We used a Future Automation motorized moving door mechanism to create a pocket door designed to completely concealed the projector within the wall.
