Bon Secours Mercy - Richmond has created a program (Spiritual Care Partners) that makes it easy for Chaplains to train volunteers; we've done all the work and your role is simply to facilitate. Check out a sample of a didactic to get a little taste....we welcome you to join our network of hospitals and health systems that run this program. #volunteers
