Heel Slides
*Pro tip* Slide your foot along the surface. Don't lift your leg.
Seated Knee Stretch
*Pro tip* Bend the knee as much as possible before scooting the body forward for a more intense stretch.
Ankle Dorsiflexion
*Pro tip* Go slow and control the motion even when letting the foot back down
Heel Raises
*Pro tip* Control through the whole motion and lift as far as you are able. Don't bounce.
Heel Slides with Strap
*Pro tip* Use your arms to pull on the strap to bring the foot as close to the body as you can before returning to starting postion.
Wall Slides
*Pro tip* Keep the knees and feet in line (don't let the knees collapse inward).
*Pro tip* If your knees hurt with this motion, try moving your feet forward to take strain off of the knees.
