Disc golfers know that the first thing they need to do to get more distance and decrease rounding is to have a good reach back. To properly warm up we need an exercise that takes into account the variety of angles you might set up to put on the disc and to achieve those angles we need to be able to move our spine to achieve that line.

Side planks are great for tightening up our core muscles but also strengthen the shoulder and lateral hip. Kick your side planks to the next level developing stability in all three planes through these arm drivers with a dumb bell. I recently completed PT at Sports and Ortho following shoulder surgery. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My primary therapist was Jessica and she was amazing. I was impressed with the amount of time she allotted me. The exercises we worked on and the therapy itself helped me return to my old self-only better! The PT assistants Pam and Jerome kept me on track with my therapy and kept the premises spotless-I never worried about COVID while there. Sports and Ortho is a well oiled machine-each therapist and aide helping each other and the clients!!
