Spring Arbor continues to make the safety and security of our residents, families and team members our very highest responsibility. As more cases of coronavirus are arising across the country, we have made the decision to restrict on-site visitation of all visitors and non-essential health care personnel, except for certain compassionate care circumstances, such as an end-of-life situation.

We want to thank all the families that have come out to pick up their wooden Valentine's for our Wooden Heart Drive By Pick Up. We look forward to seeing what you create, (more pictures to come)! But, we also want to thank Legacy Hospice for graciously helping to create these wonderful hearts for our families. The time and effort was amazing because it not only brings cheer to our residents but also to our families!!
