To Our Patient Family:
We have made the decision to reduce our services to urgent eye care only until April 1st at which time we will re-evaluate.
What Does this Mean?
Although we will not be seeing routine eye exams, there will be someone available to answer questions, place contact lens orders and schedule urgent patients by phone from 12-4pm.
We are offering to extend CL prescriptions on a case by case basis. We will ship direct to you at no cost. If you are in need of contact lenses call the office at 970-223-5030 to discuss or to place an order.
Dr. De La Garza is still available for red eyes, sudden vision changes, injuries and other urgent issues for both new and established patients. During the hours of 12pm-4pm call the office at 970-223-5030. Outside those hours call and listen to the voicemail for instructions.
