Our firm has been getting requests about our pricing so I thought I would do a quick post update for those looking for bankruptcy.
Our Attorney Fees for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy are $600 for individual, $625 for filing Jointly with a spouse.
Court Fees are $335- these fees can be paid in full before you file or you may choose to do installment payments to the court after filing.
Our Attorney fees include all the work the Attorney does for the Bankruptcy including: reaffirmations and stopping wage garnishments. NO HIDDEN FEES.

Brincks says even though interest is still accruing, forbearance is always preferable to skipping a payment.
