Great news! We are working through our safety and cleaning protocol and preparing our office in Springfield to open up on May 11th! We will be opening up our phones (on a limited basis) tomorrow. Our online appointment book will be open today for appointments starting on Monday May 11th. We will be doing things a little differently when we open. We would ask if you have a surgical mask or face covering that you bring that to your appointment. If you do not have one a mask will be provided. We also ask that if you have been running a fever, have cold or flu symptoms or have traveled out of the country in the past 2 weeks to please postpone any visits for the time being. We are here for you and we want to keep everyone as safe as possible as we open our doors.
We are committed to keeping our patients and staff safe during these uncertain times. Based on recommendations from the CDC and the AOA we will remain closed until those recommendations change. The Battlefield Mall remains closed and has given no indication on a re-open date. If you have an emergency or urgency please email us at springfieldeyecare@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible. If you are in need of contact lenses we will be happy to ship them directly to your home (even if your prescription has expired).
