45M complaining of stabbing pain between his shoulder blades, for 3 years! He did have some decreased strength in his right tricep but most of his pain was between his scapula. Following C5-7 ACDF patient states that all his preop surgical pain is gone. His first question this morning was “when can I get back to work?”
