It's been very busy at Springhill Medical as we set up the first COVID-19 vaccine clinic and continue administering vaccinations today and throughout the week.

The COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic began this morning at Springhill Medical Center with Tammye Clark, RN, receiving the first shot. Dr. Lawrence Sindel of Pulmonary Associates was the first physician to receive the vaccine. Dr. Brian Sumrall, SMC's Chairman of the Medical Executive Committee and also with Pulmonary Associates, was also included in this first group of frontline medical personnel to receive the vaccine first thing this morning.
