Shinita Dudley, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who brings more than 15 years of experience in family medicine to SpringRidge Medical Clinic in Clinton, Mississippi. The practice serves families throughout Hinds County.
Dr. Dudley began her professional pursuits at Tougaloo College in Tougaloo, Mississippi, where she graduated magna cum laude and earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She subsequently obtained her Doctor of Medicine from the Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island.
Following her graduation, Dr. Dudley completed a Family Medicine Fitchburg Residency at the University of Massachusetts in Fitchburg. She also finished a fellowship in the Masters of Public Health program at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester.
Since launching her career, Dr. Dudley has held several different positions, including medical director, family medicine physician, and health hospitalist.
As a family physician, Dr. Dudley provides conservative and integrative treatments with an emphasis on proper nutrition. She also works with patients of all ages — from infants to older adults — and sets aside plenty of time to spend with each individual. After discussing their unique symptoms and goals for treatment, she develops custom care plans to ease uncomfortable symptoms and improve their quality of life.
