As you all know the COVID19 outbreak in the United States has changed our daily lives in an unimaginable way. This is an unprecedented time we are all experiencing, and unfortunately there is no playbook for us to go by. As of Thursday April 2nd, we have made the difficult decision to close to the public until April 20th per the Governors order. We will monitor the situation closely and if further closure is necessary we will address it at that time. While we are closed to the public, please don't hesitate to email us through our website as we may still be able to facilitate some appointment based visits for sales or service pickups. If you need assistance with sales, service or parts, please email us through the contact us page on our website and we will figure out the best way to take care of you. We will not be immediately accessible by any means other than our website. Your patience is appreciated as we feel our way out through this process. S&S Apache Camping Center will be closed for Labor Day Monday September7th. We will reopen with normal business hours Tuesday September 8th. Thank you and have a wonderful Labor Day!
In response to the COVID19 outbreak in the United States and the growing number of cases in the state of Mississippi, S&S Apache has taken the following actions. As of today we are OPEN and will continue to be with normal hours of operation. We have ramped up our normal cleaning procedures and are exercising social distancing within our dealership. However, due to the rapidly growing rate of infection, we are forced to implement some temporary new policies to protect our customers and employees. As always our service department is by appointment only. In line with other dealerships and the recommendations of the State and Federal government, we are extending that policy to our sales and parts departments until further notice. Our website is a tremendous resource to look at available sales inventory and specs and we are reachable by phone and email for pricing and availability inquiries. If you are in the market and ready to start the buying process, we request that you call us and make an appointment. This way we can limit the number of people in and out of our inventory and reduce the risk of exposing our staff and you our customers. For the parts department, once again, please call ahead with what you are looking for and we can work with you to get you the parts you need. We are committed to continuing to serve our community, while also helping to reduce the transmission of this disease in Mississippi. Please bear with us as we work through this challenging time.
