Our children celebrated The Feast of the Holy Cross this month.
We made and decorated our own crosses. We took them to church where we each found a cross. (We found 42!) Then Father Nathan blessed our crosses.
We hope our moms and dads have helped us put our crosses in a place of honor in our homes.
Time for this year's fundraising auction, "Winter Wonderland Under the Stars". We are hosting it on Saturday October 17, and a few things will be different. We can only sell 100 tickets, as you might imagine, they will go quickly. With increased costs, it will be $250 per couple. All bidding will be on your phone, so we can allow people to bid that aren't there physically, and the ability to do that will cost $50. If you have family or people who you don't mind sitting with, put together a table of 6 or 8 and we will accommodate your seating. The tables are 6' rounds and will be spaced more than 6 feet apart. Masks will be worn, and the Nacho Men will bring a smaller ensemble. Tickets at the Parish office or the school. Questions 303-422-4949.

Preschool-Tuesday, Aug 18
Pre K & Jr. K-Wednesday, Aug 19
Kindergarten-Thursday, Aug 20
Your attendance is required at your respective meeting.
This gives you an opportunity to understand your role and responsibilities toward your child’s school. Together we can make a difference in the educational and spiritual development of your child. All meetings begin at 7:00 pm. There will be a sign-in sheet the evening of the meetings. Be sure to sign-in when you arrive. All meetings will begin in Orleans Hall, move to the classroom, and return to Orleans Hall. Plan on meetings wrapping up around 8:30.
Our Summer Camps/Summer Session begins Monday, June 1. Please remember we are closed to children Friday, May 29 for staff planning, cleaning and prep for the Summer Session.
It’s time to think about SUMMER! Our screening is working very well and we are moving toward a more normal routine. Field trips may have to be changed to be something different depending on what our venues say but we will still learn and have fun.

Our Winter Wonderland event went very well. Everyone agreed we had a great time and the Mobile Silent Auction seemed easy and efficient. We had a visit from Yukon Cornelius and Hermey the Elf from Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer and Biddy, a Dickens schoolteacher from Great Expectations. Thanks to all who came and all who helped make this event a great success!
