Prior to founding Staffers, Beth owned TemPo, Inc. for ten years before selling the business to a national staffing company. TemPo was recognized as one of the Fastest Growing Businesses in the State of Mississippi, and Beth was recognized by the Mississippi Business Journal as one of the 50 Leading Business Women of the State of Mississippi.
