Stage Stop Candy is open, and we wanted to take a moment to review how you can shop with us effectively. With everyone’s health and safety in mind we are doing things a little differently this holiday season.
1) Website shopping is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the newly launched www.StageStopCandy.com. All our assortments, holiday items, and most of our everyday favorites are available for purchase. At checkout, shoppers can select Free “In Store” pickup. When your order has been pulled by our staff (typically within 24 hours), we will give you a call to let you know it is ready for you to pickup at your convenience. Be sure to use the phone number you provided when you signed up for your rewards account to earn points for your purchase!
2) Call ahead ordering is available during business hours. If you call and receive our voicemail, it means we are on the phone with another customer. If you leave your name and phone number, we’ll call you back the same day to take your order over the phone.
3) Traditional In Person shopping is available from 11 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday and 11 AM to 4 PM on Sunday. Our store capacity is limited to 3 shoppers at a time so you may be asked to wait outside when you arrive and you must wear a mask during your time in the store.
We want everyone who wants to shop in person to have the opportunity, so we have made some changes to help streamline in person shopping this year.
- Custom boxes from our showcase will be ordered with a sales associate but may not be packed while you are in the store. You can either leave your phone number and we will call you when it has been finished or you can tell us the make/color of your car and we will bring it to you when it is finished.
- Customary gift wrapping is available but will not be done while you are in the store. After check out, your items will be wrapped in our back area while you wait in your car. Once finished a sales associate will bring the wrapped items to your car.
These changes will allow other shoppers to enter the store and complete their shopping while you wait for your items to be finished.
