Dear Valued Patients:
We at Stamford Eye Associates have been following the data from the CDC and advisories from the federal and state governments very closely. We have already instituted practices in line with their recommendations to ensure that our patients, our staff, and ultimately our community, are in as safe an environment as possible. In an effort to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, our office is currently open for urgent eye care and true eye or vision-related emergencies.
In addition, all routine eye exams and elective surgeries will be rescheduled to a later date. Our doctors are also available for telemedicine consultations. Please go to our “meet our team” page on our website for the tele-medicine links.
The main priority of Stamford Eye Associates is the health and safety of our patients and staff, and we hope to be back to our regular schedule as soon as possible.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Gregory M. Gallousis, MD, FACS
